In-N-Out, an American regional fast food chain, has reportedly announced plans to open a new restaurant at Town Center, Colorado. The famous burger restaurant will be located at the same place the former TGI Friday’s was in the shopping mall. The restaurant is also planning to open up outlets in Lone Tree and Colorado Springs. In August, it was discovered that Colorado’s first long awaited In-N-Out Burger restaurant will open in the Park Meadows area, south of Denver in Lone Tree. Reportedly, the California based fast food chain will be arriving in the summer of 2020 in Colorado Springs, with a distribution facility that spans 100,000 square-foot along with a 150,000 square-foot office building that comes with a helipad. The construction will reach completion in time for an opening in late 2020. The restaurant at Lone tree will employ around 90 people. The parking lot will have room for about 47 cars and a drive through lane that can accommodate 26 cars. The opening hours of the restaurant will be from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday to Thursday and from Fridays and Saturdays it will be open from 10 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. According to the site plan in the Lone Tree location the In-N-Out fast food joint will be cooking all its food, burgers and fries, at the time of order, no food will be pre-cooked, and no cooked food will be kept in food holding bins. Also, the restaurant will equip three burger grills with two grills operating all the time with the third burger grill to be used during high dine-in or high drive through demand. The famous fast food joint was founded in 1948 and now is operating in more than 340 locations spreading across Texas, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, Arizona and California.
