American tech company, Greenhouse Software has selected Sapia.ai as its newest integration partner, enabling customers to access the latter’s AI Smart Interviewer and the first chat-based AI assessment tool on its marketplace.

For the uninitiated, Greenhouse offers clients a complete suite of software and services for onboarding and recruiting, as well as a large partner ecosystem.

As per Barb Hyman, CEO of Sapia.ai, the partnership is a game changer for businesses that need to efficiently fill in roles while giving each candidate a fair and engaging experience. Its partnership with providers like Greenhouse is key to its vision to get ethical AI into the hiring teams of as many firms as possible.

The AI Smart Interviewer interviews candidates through a blind chat conversation. It accurately assesses candidate suitability through written responses.
