The global management consulting firm Accenture has reportedly announced to have purchased DAZ Systems, Inc to bolster its robust Oracle capabilities and delivers new value for its customers. As per trusted sources, both the companies aim to combine deep domain knowledge and broad industry expertise to unlock greater value in cloud computing. Chief Executive of Accenture Technology Services, Bhaskar Ghosh was reportedly quoted stating that DAZ has robust experience in implementing Oracle Cloud solutions which bolster the established credentials of Accenture across the Oracle Cloud portfolio. Organizations have been demanding new methods and innovative solutions, as well as proven expertise to help them transform their businesses. DAZ would assist Accenture in delivering the very best capabilities and thinking to the customers, Ghosh further added. According to a report published by Business Standard, more than 300 professionals of DAZ will join the Oracle Business Group of Oracle. The acquisition of DAZ Systems builds on Accenture’s recent buy out of Certus Solutions, an Oracle Cloud implementation provider based in the UK. Chief Executive Officer of DAZ Systems Walt Zipperman reportedly commented that joining Accenture is an excellent opportunity to implement mission-critical business systems by bringing together the experience-driven and contemporary perspective insights. Both the firms would now be able to deliver exceptional value for customers around the globe by combining each other’s strengths, Zipperman further added. For the record, DAZ Systems was set up in 1995 and is based in El Segundo, California.
