Blender Bites inks distribution agreement with Gordon Food Service

Blender Bites Ltd., a Canadian firm that makes plant-based and organic pre-portioned frozen foods, has reportedly collaborated with Gordon Food Service, one of the leading foodservice suppliers. This move will enable Blender to make a food service launch for its one-step smoothie puck in Canada’s Ontario.

Under the partnership, Gordon Food Service will distribute Blender Bites’ products to its clientele of restaurants, hotels, hospitals, cafes, airports, and universities in Ontario. The signed deal offers Blender an opportunity to reinforce its presence in the most populous province of Canada and offer a lucrative second revenue stream for the company.

The launch is expected to happen this spring and will comprise the Green D-Tox and Power Berry smoothie puck products of Blender.

The service launch showcases the potential for future launches of GFS services across other Canadian provinces for Blender’s products. This could help the company in increasing its revenue and expanding its footprint.

The company’s one-step smoothie pucks are prepared with various greens, organic fruits, and functional ingredients like immunity-supporting plant-based minerals and vitamins to offer consumers an appropriate solution for their everyday smoothie routine.
