Lifeway Foods to launch new dairy-free probiotic oat beverage

Lifeway Foods Inc. has reportedly announced the launch of its new plant-based line of Lifeway Oat probiotics along with a new Chocolate Kefir flavor at the forthcoming Natural Products Expo East 2021. It will take place in Philadelphia, PA at the Pennsylvania Convention Center starting September 22 to September 25.

With the inclusion of Lifeway Oat, the brand will increase its portfolio of probiotic beverages beyond its top-selling kefir to include a certified vegan, dairy-free alternative that provides consumers prebiotic benefits to help support immunity and gut health.

Every Lifeway Oat product is gluten-free, USDA Organic, made using 100% whole grain oats and consists of beta-glucans that are healthy for the heart. In addition, it has 10 active and live probiotic cultures to help encourage a diverse and balanced microbiome.

The Lifeway Oat line will be provided in seven vegan-friendly, delicious flavors: strawberry vanilla, berries and cream, peaches and cream, plain, apple cinnamon, vanilla, and blueberry maple. Chocolate Kefir and Lifeway Oat are both slated to launch and be available on-shelf by late November 2021.
